Dutchland Turn-Key Installation

Dutchland does a complete turn-key installation of the tank
Includes structural design of post-tensioned internal tendon tank, manufacturing and installation of all precast and cast-in-place elements.
Dutchland’s scope encompasses the design, manufacturing, and installation of precast elements, including base slab, grouting, sealing, and post-tensioned tendons.
Dutchland provides a 2-year structural warranty

Dutchland does a complete structural design for post-tensioned internal tendon tank, including the base slab.
Dutchland furnishes the base design to the general contractor, including: overall slab thickness, outer dimensions, mild reinforcing and keyway details.
General contractor self-performs base slab flatwork.
Dutchland installs all the precast elements, including: wall panels, walkways, & precast roof.
Dutchland provides a 2-year structural warranty.

Dutchland furnishes complete erection drawings to the general contractor, including: overall base slab thickness, outer dimensions, mild reinforcing and keyway details. Also included are construction details for connecting, grouting and sealing all precast elements.
Dutchland’s scope includes the design, manufacturing, and delivery of precast pieces; supplying sealants, specialty grout material and specialized construction equipment, as well as on-site technical supervision of the installation of the precast elements by the general contractor.
The general contractor is responsible for base slab flatwork and installation of all precast elements, grouting and sealants.
Tensioning and terminating the tendons requires certified personnel. Dutchland can provide PTI certified technicians if the contractor does not have qualified personnel.
