Josh Allen

Chief Engineer, Josh Allen oversees an Engineering Department that is licensed in fifteen states, as well as a full Drafting Department. Josh focuses on ensuring that both departments function as a cohesive unit, the conceptualizing and day-to-day management of simultaneous projects, and delivering design solutions that meet each customer’s needs. Josh’s expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle from initial planning with the Sales Department ,to design, through completion with Operations and Project Management. He thrives on driving multiple and diverse projects simultaneously. His engineering abilities are rivaled only by his ability to apply visionary thinking to technical challenges in a practical, detail-oriented manner.

A seasoned engineer, Josh joined Dutchland after working for more than a decade in various structural engineering capacities specializing in commercial and educational structures. He is a registered professional engineer and a licensed pilot.
