Tim Lapp

Tim Lapp, Estimating Manager, oversees the Estimating Department that is responsible for all estimating activities as well as planning, coordinating, and directing all preconstruction efforts. Tim focuses on ensuring every estimate is accurate and complete and meets all submission requirements. Bringing with him more than six years in construction prior to estimating, Tim’s expertise also includes constructability reviews and value engineering. He earned his DBIA certification and is not only skilled in Design-Build, but also CMAR and hard-bid pursuit and delivery.  Tim’s calm demeanor serves him well in the fast-paced estimating environment and he has a reputation for always maintaining composure and focus to meet any challenge. His keen attention to detail and good decision-making skills enable him to strike the perfect balance between strategy, creation, and precise execution.

Tim spends his free time with his wife and three young children. When not coaching soccer or assisting with the Boy Scout troop, Tim’s family enjoys fishing and traveling with friends.
