Lee Kauffman was born into the business of precast concrete and has been working at Dutchland since he was 14 years old. With more than two decades of experience in construction and project management, serving as the Chief Operating Officer is a natural fit. Lee is responsible for managing all the physical and capital resources of the company, as well as oversight of all mechanical construction. Lee is process-driven and results oriented and is known throughout the industry for completing jobs efficiently without cutting corners. His expertise in operating equipment and his amiable personality have earned him the reputation as the go-to guy to get things done – on time and on budget. Lee is a champion of excellence and is always willing to go the extra mile for a customer.
A seasoned outdoorsman, Lee enjoys working at home, which includes 38 acres and beef cattle. He is an active supporter of Black Rock Retreat and has volunteered on mission trips to Haiti. Lee resides in Quarryville with his wife and five children.
