Director of Operations
Bringing with him more than a decade of experience in project management in the construction industry, Brad Tekely joined Dutchland in 2013 as the Director of Operations. Brad is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising all construction projects from development to completion. Brad’s commitment to quality and serving client’s needs have brought him recognition among his peers, as well as his willingness to work through problems in the best interest of the project. He promotes teamwork and is very collaborative with other trades, subcontractors and engineers to ensure projects are run efficiently and on time. With a leadership style that promotes individual thinking, Brad gains respect from team members using his strong attention to detail and follow through.
Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Construction Management. An avid golfer, Brad enjoys outdoor activities and time shared with his wife and young son.
